About Sanctity of Human Life
National Sanctity of Human Life (SOHL) Sunday was instituted in 1983 by President Reagan and is honored on the Sunday closest to the day on which the Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton decisions were handed down by the U.S. Supreme Court on January 22, 1973. National Sanctity of Human Life Sunday will be celebrated on January 17, 2021 and at other times throughout the year.
One way your church can celebrate the Sanctity of Human Life during the month of January is to host your own Baby Bottle Project. The donations raised during this BBP help the Eden Clinic provide cost-free pregnancy tests and confirmation ultrasounds for young women who find themselves in unexpected or unwanted pregnancies. It also allows us to help provide women's healthcare services at minimal cost to women who uninsured and unable to seek services at a for-profit healthcare center.
We've created printables for you to use during the month of January as your congregation celebrates LIFE.
